Gasellit started out as a group of friends having fun in 2009 and over the years has become one of the most popular bands in Finland with their eight albums and numerous popular songs (such as Imus, Laulu ilman sanonja feat. ABREU, Kuvittele sami tilal and Mitä mä Malagas feat. JVG). The popularity of the band making melodic rap music is evidenced by, among other things, two Emma awards, four platinum albums and the Top 50 in both the album and Spotify lists.

Above all, however, Gasellit lives and breathes from live performances, which the band has already done almost 800 around Finland. The goal of the band formed by Hätä-Miika, Päkä, Thube and Musa-Jusa at their gigs is to create a good feeling on stage based on their mutual chemistry and to get it to grab everyone present - whether it's an intimate wedding party or the biggest festival of the summer. The recipe has garnered a lot of praise from the audience who attended the concerts and has elevated the band to a position where it is talked about as an all-time favorite of the audience (Helsingin Sanomat 17.6.2023).
